CentralReach Overview

CentralReach is a comprehensive platform used by therapy providers to manage autism and IDD care. For parents and caregivers, it primarily functions as a bridge to their child’s clinical team through a dedicated Client Portal.

The portal and its associated tools are designed to keep families engaged in the therapeutic process, provide transparency into progress, and streamline administrative tasks.

Key Parent Features

    • The Client Portal: A central hub where you can manage your profile, update contact information, and set notification preferences.
    • Progress Tracking: Access Learning Trees and cumulative graphs that provide a visual representation of your child's goal mastery and data points in real-time.
    • Document Management: View, sign, and save clinical notes and forms shared by the provider.
    • Scheduling & Billing: View upcoming appointments, access rendered service logs, and review billing information.

Common Administrative Tasks

    1. First-Time Login: Navigate to login.centralreach.com, select "First Time User," and follow the email verification steps to set your password.
    2. Signing Timesheets: Access unsigned timesheets through the "three dots" menu on the left side of the portal. You can bulk sign sessions after verifying the accuracy of the dates and times.
    3. Viewing Files: Use the "Files" menu to search for and download specific treatment plans or service logs.

Parent Training & Education

CentralReach emphasizes Values-Based Parent Training to ensure that clinical goals align with your family's daily life.

    • Active Participation: You may be asked to collect data on specific "Parent Goals" to help with generalizing skills outside of therapy sessions.
