Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Positions can be full-time or part-time and generally require staff availability during afternoon and evening hours.
Positions pay $23-$28/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or related disabilities
- RBT certification is preferred but not necessary. Sage Health Services will assist hires in obtaining RBT certification.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work with families and children with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic status.
- Basic computer skills. Ability to type and use programs such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Current driver’s license (any State) and access to personal transportation.
- Must provide proof of insurance and registration.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
- Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible for employment.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check (including fingerprinting).
- Must submit to and pass a standard drug screening.
- Must be available to work afternoons and evenings (after school hours).
- Must have and maintain current CPR & First Aid certification (or complete such a course as provided by the employer)
Job Duties:
- Provide 1 on 1 intensive ABA Therapy in the homes of clients.
- Follow behavior oriented teaching programs and protocols, specific to each client.
- Keep a consistent schedule with assigned families & clients.
- Complete required training as provided by the employer.
- Work towards RBT certification.
- Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data.
- Complete all other required paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance to HIPAA guidelines.
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other required meetings.
- Complete all additional job duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Director.
