CentralReach is a comprehensive platform used by therapy providers to manage autism and IDD care. For parents and caregivers, it primarily functions as a bridge to their child’s clinical team through a dedicated Client Portal.
The portal and its associated tools are designed to keep families engaged in the therapeutic process, provide transparency into progress, and streamline administrative tasks.
Key Parent Features

- The Client Portal: A central hub where you can manage your profile, update contact information, and set notification preferences.
- Progress Tracking: Access Learning Trees and cumulative graphs that provide a visual representation of your child's goal mastery and data points in real-time.
- Document Management: View, sign, and save clinical notes and forms shared by the provider.
- Scheduling & Billing: View upcoming appointments, access rendered service logs, and review billing information.
Common Administrative Tasks

- First-Time Login: Navigate to login.centralreach.com, select "First Time User," and follow the email verification steps to set your password.
- Signing Timesheets: Access unsigned timesheets through the "three dots" menu on the left side of the portal. You can bulk sign sessions after verifying the accuracy of the dates and times.
- Viewing Files: Use the "Files" menu to search for and download specific treatment plans or service logs.
Parent Training & Education
CentralReach emphasizes Values-Based Parent Training to ensure that clinical goals align with your family's daily life.
